The solution is unique, given their situation but too much of a good thing may not be so good, especially when an unexpected situation occurs.

"Chum" [permanent link]. A story that looks at what happens when two old friends, while on a fishing expedition, have to end up having to become closer than they expected.

"Renewable Resources" [permanent link]. An interesting story set at a time where environmental concerns is uppermost on people's minds. A coal miner is facing difficulty mining for some coal because he cannot find a use for the extra water that would be pumped out also. But help would come to him from an unexpected direction.
