| Our classroom library is just full of good stories. They are grouped by subject or level. We have categories such as levels 1,2,3, and 4 I-Can-Read books, Dr. Seuss, math, social studies, science, biographies, chapter books, picture books, Clifford, Franklin, Berenstain Bears, Magic School Bus, poems and riddles, Bible stories, folk tales and fables, animals, and song books. They are color coded and labeled for easy self selection and general upkeep of the library area. | This area changes with what we are studying in Science or Social Studies. At the beginning of the year we have a rain forest tree under which there is an assortment of related library books. Students are invited to explore with thought provoking questions, and activities. With other units the tree will remain but will be a regular tree that changes with the seasons.
