| Gentleman, To those of you who attended Manassas, I hope everyone had a good time. For those of you who didn't, it was a good event even though it was way too hot, ( sat 240 people went down with the heat), but for once we had a great camp site. The sutlers was only 300 yards from us and the water buffalo was right behind officers row. I would like to say that Col. Miller was very accommodating to the small band of FCL troops that showed up and I thank him for letting us fall in with 5th Battalion. He is looking forward to working with the entire of FCL in the future. Sunday 1st Battalions colors was carried on the field, which to me was a great honor. Once again thank you Col. Miller Lt.
