| Over the last twenty years I have trained in various martial arts sysyems, mainly concentrating in Karate, Which I achieved my 2nd Dan black belt, and realistic street self defence. I have competed in major Karate competitions around the country and have also coached many fighters. During my martial arts career I have been priveliged enough to train with some of the best instructors available including, Dave Turton, Karl Blackwell, Geoff Thompson, Alfie Lewis, Peter Consterdine, Rick Young and Neil Adams to name but a few. Away from martial arts I also have real experience of very real situations having worked on the doors of some of the toughest pubs and clubs in Teesside for ten years. | |||||||||||||||

| I have been practicing martial arts for about twenty years now, along the way achieving 3rd Dan Black belt in Karate, 3rd Dan in Kickboxing, 2nd Dan in Modern Conceptional Kickboxing and have also studied Judo, Ju - Jitsu and Realistic Self Defence. I feel very fortunate to have trained with some the best martial artists in the world including Geoff Thompson, Peter Consterdine, Dave Turton, Karl Blackwell, Neil Adams, Rick Young, John Dawson, Eric Paulson and Karl Tanswell. Teaching at the F.S.M.A.A now gives me the perfect platform to pass on the skills that were given to me. | |||||||||||||||
