The Session is our church board. They provide leadership and guidance for the congregation. Each session member prays for the members and friends of this church every week. The minister prays for the elders and deacons and other special prayer concerns.

The deacons visit shut-ins, pray for the members of the church and carry out other needed ministries. One of those ministries is the "Teddy Bear" program in which people bring teddy bears to the church. They are then tagged with a message and taken from the church and given to people who may be "down" or depressed that might need a reminder of God's love.
