To The Masters of The1st Nassau Masonic District, State of New York:

The Officers (Wardens) Association meets on the 2nd Monday of every month from September to June at 8:00 PM. LEAD BY EXAMPLE - have your officers attend each meeting with you (heck, the worst that can happen is that they may learn something).

The Association curriculum is pretty straight forward, but will be enhanced each year. This first past year gave us the basics. Our upcoming second year will elaborate on those basics, thereby giving each officer further light towards their travels to the East.I will endeavor to make each meeting interesting and informative, with plenty of time for group discussion. Please do your part and have your officers present, and at any time you have a suggestion or comment please forward it to me so that it can be acted upon.

Our lodges run well when governed by a learned leader; I know your names, have your phone numbers, emails and addresses, and as you can see I now have your faces to go with it. DON'T MAKE ME BUG YOU - promote the Association and encourage the Lodge Officers to attend. Education is a powerful tool-encourage the officers to avail themselves of that power.
