I just knew... God.� She laughed and placed a finger over his lips, shushing him. �Later.� He smiled and leaned in to kiss her. She smiled against him, pulling him partially on top of her. His hands ran down her thighs, and her fingers caught in his hair, pulling him closer to her. She let out a moan as he worked his way down her belly, kissing every inch of exposed skin. *** Sean sat slowly next to �ibhleann, sighing. She looked up at him with a quizzical look on her face, a slight smile lighting her eyes. �What�s up?� she asked. �Not much,� he said, groaning as he stretched. �Just wondering what�s up with you.� She smiled. �You mean me and Mark.� He nodded slightly, a smile on his face. She sighed. �I don�t know.� His eyebrow rose. �I mean, we�ve gotten pretty serious, but...� she trailed off. �But what?� �I just don�t want this to end up being a tour fling, you know?� He shook his head, encouraging her to go on. �I just don�t know what�s going on in his head.� �Ask him.� She looked at him, shocked. �I can�t just ask him.� �Why not?� �What, you want me to just walk up to him and go, �Hey Mark, is this gonna last or are you gonna break my heart?�� Sean sighed. �You�ve really gotten attached to him, haven�t you?� She nodded slowly. �It wasn�t my intention, you know? I mean, all I wanted to do was have some fun. You know, maybe get some ass, maybe not, just have some fun.� Sean nodded. �So have you?� �ibhleann rolled her eyes. �That�s for me to know and you to wonder.� Sean laughed. �Okay, okay. I get it.� �ibhleann sighed. �I don�t know. I mean, I want a relationship, but I don�t know if he does.� �Ask.� �ibhleann opened her mouth, but Sean just continued. �Just find a way to ask that�s not too offensive or needy or whatever, and find out.� He stood and left her there, alone with her thoughts. �Maybe I will,� she said to herself, chuckling. She stood and left. *** Her back arched as he pushed her over the edge. She gasped, her face twisting as she moaned, squirming uncontrollably. His hand pressed against her back, helping hold her up. His lips went to the crook of her jaw, nibbling gently as he followed her into ecstacy with a low, gravelly groan. He collapsed onto her, his head resting just under her chin. Their breath came in quick gasps, sweat beading on their bodies. He gently kissed her neck. �I love you,� he whispered. Her breathing suddenly slowed as the words hit her like a train. His fingers intertwined with hers, gently rubbing her skin. He listened to her heart race, trying to control his own breathing. Her fingers gently traced imaginary patterns on his forehead as she watched his eyes slowly flutter open and closed as he drifted to sleep. She sighed and slowly removed herself from his grasp, careful not to wake him. She dressed quickly and left, silently shutting the door. Once out in the hall, the tears started flowing. *** |
