Item 13: Sparring and DuellingSparring and Duelling in the Firnost Garden must follow the below rules and regulations. 1) Sparring and Challenges are to take place in the designated sparring/practice area only. The boundaries of said sparring area are clearly marked. Any challenges outside of the sparring area are punishable by three days banishment, parliament inquiry and assault charges if so proven. (A vote of 2/3rds needed to permanently ban for assault as per the normal freehold laws) 2) All challenges are to be to First Blood or yield only...Any further then either of these is punishable by banishment until Parliament vote for permanency of such ban or harsher punishments as decided on by Parliment. 3) For any fae who feels there grievance deserves chimerical death they may present their case before the Parliament of kiths for a decision if done without Parliament's consent the offender will be removed from the freehold possibly permanently. 4) Duelling with cold iron warrants permanent banishment and the offender reported to neighbouring freeholds also with friendly freeholds that our citizens here may also frequent. ((If chimerical death occurs in the Dance of Iron...family members may ask Parliament for the chimerical death of the offender to be ruled upon in one week)) 5) Once a duel is completed, both duellists are honour-bound to let the matter rest. Pursuing a vendetta beyond the duel is considered a serious breach of honour, and may result in the banishment of the offending party or parties 6) Outside of the Sparring field the boundaries of the garden marked herein remains under freehold law and are always under the Escheat. Parliament and an officiating member of the Freehold have jurisdiction here.
