Obviously we couldn't have the Firnost site without a link to the actual White-Wolf changeling chat room: Firnost Freehold. However, there is still some minor debate about whether or not portals to the White-Wolf chats should still be allowed. Their general purpose is to allow more than the six basic colours provided by White-Wolf's Interaction chats. This portal allows any of the hexidecimal colours to be used.

The chat rooms have changed a little since they first appeared many moons ago. We now have distinct separation between Moderated and Un-Moderated chat rooms. Firnost remains un-moderated, which means that unlike the majority of other chat rooms hosted on the White-Wolf HTML server, Firnost remains without a cast of Official Storytellers to control the gaming atmosphere.
In other words, things remain much the same as they always have. The list of rooms has also been updated, with the omission of the Nightengale room, as it appears to have no players or coherent purpose at this time.
