the Confessions of an Over-Achiever
Chris and Evelyn, the playwrights, came all the way from Santa Monica to spend a week with us working on the production and conducting master classes. They also presented workshops at Weathervane Playhouse, Kent State University, and the University of Akron. Chris and Evelyn also accompanied us to the State Conference to participate in a talk-back after our Main Stage performance and to conduct two acting workshops.
Our production was successful enough that we decided to keep the play in our continuing repertoire indefinitely. We have great hopes of finding an off-site location for future performances and maybe even a tour of middle schools in our district.
