What it is: Similar to cake, it is a waterbased makeup that comes solid. Made by Kryolan.
Availability: Probably not carried at most costume shops, but may be ordered online or through Kryolan's catalog.
Setting: Self setting (so they say).
Color: Comes in many colors, including metallic!
Cost: Depending on the amount you get, it's pretty expensive.
Wear: Even after setting for a while, it can dissolve in water fairly readily. I wore this to go see CATS, and after sweating in the heat of the August day, my muzzle was dripping down my face. Not pleasant.
I tried it because it sounded good from what I had read of it. It didn't live up to my expectations. I've put it here separate from cake because it's really a lot less durable than any of the cakes I've used. You could try using Barrier Spray (a spray that lightly coats your skin before you put on makeup) with it, it might help prevent some running. I really wouldn't recommend it unless you want metallics, it's not worth the price.
