WHY DID PEOPLE IMMIGRATE?

Everyone who imigrated to the U.S. during the industrial revolution, but it was all based by a basic concept: The promise of a decent job and wealth.  These dreams, whoever, never came true for most immigrants.  A good analogy of this is the Disney movie An American Tale.  This movie is the story of a Russian family of mice who move to America with the promise of no more worries (no more cats in America).  But as luck would have it, the family.   Such a story was a tragic case for many immigrating Families.  They were often denied many of the assorted freedoms they ahd been promised in the new land.

The Contrast Upper Class/ Lower Class

Compared to now, there was a great change in the way classes were treated.  Back then, not only were you segrigated by race, but u were segrigated by your income.  In all cases, the poor people always ended up in the worst places, and had to pay different, generally higher, fare, to get by.  Some things, however changed the same, but under different circumstances.
In the older days, many of the lower class ciizens were mistreated, and forced into poor living conditions. most of the time, it was because the people didn't know any better.  In earlier times, much of the lower class was made up of immigrants.  While this has changed, and citizens are no longer forced into poor living quarters because of their wealth.  However many lower class families are still living in lower residential districts.  But now at least, they are allowed to make a better living, instead of being pushed down from what they were given.
