Minorii

Your journey takes you farther and farther into the depths of the strange land. You have seen many of it's creatures, but know not yet what is to come. You tread carefully over broken tree branches and shards of bark, not wanting to disturb this peaceful place. Holding your foot still, trying to find your way over a small stream, you suddenly stop and stare in amazement. There, a tiny clearing full of stunted trees. You see the slightest of movements. Then, a minute gray stallion steps out from behind one of the trees, putting him in full view. Having lost interest in the feat you were trying to perform, you quickly lose your balance and topple into the shrubbery at your back. The stallion races for cover.

And yet the tiny creature is overcome by it's curiousity. It steps slowly out from it's cover and approaches you on silent hooves. It toes one of your upturned palms and sniffs your fingers gently, finally accepting you as safe. It makes it's way to your face, taking care not to step on any part of you. "Rise," it says suddenly. You sit up. "I am Lastima, a minorii stallion. You had best take more care in our lands, no one was hurt yet, but the others will not be too happy if you continue to be so clumsy." He says, almost apologetic.

The first mare you observe is incredibly shy, she grazes silently in a shallow glade on the outskirts of the small clearing. Your soft footsteps cause her to look up and she immediately flees. But a few moments later, she comes back, accompanied by Lastima, who introduces her to you. "This is Tenaz. She can't speak for herself, for she is mute, and so I speak for her."

Off in the distance, you hear a faint whinny and quickly look over to view a beautiful stallion glowing in hues of green, gold, and blue. But in a flash, he is gone, just as if he was never there. Lastima snorts and tosses his head. "That is Faro. He's a showoff and a snob. I'd suggest you keep your distance from him." The stallion eyes you warily.

Behind a tree, you also spy another beautiful female, this time with a thick tail, or....you look closer, tails. The mare has three long fox tails flaring out behind her. And when you squint, you see that she also resembles a fox in body structure. Lastima introduces her as Zorra. "She has a kitsune mutation, the three tails." he explains.
