Our Mission Statement:
BasicInternetLessons.com specialise in personal tutoring, whereby the trainer is sent to our customer's home or office to provide training for their computer hardware, software and associated peripherals.
Our trainers can also assist with your instalation and/or configuration requirements prior to training.
We work together with local internet companies - to make the most of your investment in 'Information and Technology', along with individals, families, and small businesses at all levels and experience and aptitude, in order to improve confidence, build knowledge, increase enjoyment and raise productivity.

Our Instructors:

Communicators First
We believe that trainers should not only be experts in their field but excellent communicators as well. We continually deal with many people who are novice or are inexperienced users.
We focus on recruiting trainers who are able to communicate their message in simple language rather than technical jargon.

Professionals

All trainers complete a comprehensive 'Train-the-Trainers' course, as well as undertaking ongoing training to augment both teaching and computer skills. While we prodominatly use trainers solely contracted by us, for some specific packages we do use independant specialists. Each of these specialists must be accredited by the revelant software manufacturers and all trainers must comply with our high customer evaluation standards.

Assessment:

Consultation
Before the course cycle begins our trainer will often consult with the student before
each session to more closely identify their needs and expectations as well as monitor their progress to ensure the most relevant training is delivered.

Follow Up:

Session Evaluations
After each session, every customer fills out an assessment form which covers various aspects of the session they have just completed - rating each criterion with 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent)

Telephone
As a compliment to each session evaluation, we telephone our customers to further determine their opinion of our service for quality assurance. If there were any issues, comments about our trainer, we will swiftly deal with the situation, promting a written response detailing our action to rectify the situation. Otherwise we use these telephone calls to ensure the information we have gained is already an accurate reflection of our customers views.
