Frills

They dress their precious daughter up in frills,
Their little man in suit, coat, hat, and tie
And curl their hair and shine their shoes
To make them pleasing to the eye.
But take away the suit,
That lacy, ruffled dress,
And leave feet bare
And hair a mess,
Then see
Only
A real
Smile.
