The Difference
The world possesses some six billion people
Most whom could meld quite easily into one,
But some are born who don't fit in the puzzle,
And it's through these all victories are won.
No matter who you are it takes a miracle,
And nothing's guaranteed, nor ever was.
Not every ugly duckling makes a swan,
But no bright yellow chicken ever does!
Remember, if you're one who dreads the sunrise
For fear your hidden faults may come unfurled:
It's those who don't fit in who make the difference;
Those once worth less than dirt who rock the world!
