Hope you all had a great Christmas Holidays and a Happy New Year. Good luck to everyone in the coming year!!! Here are the following updates: ~~The leaders have planned an Afternoon tea event at True Confections on January 25th, 2002. Go and check out the "Current Events" section for more details! ~~We have two new International Peers that have joined our group. Their names are Roberto Liu and Jie Zhao. Let's make them feel more at home k?! ~~Have you heard of Peer Olympics? It is a large event organized by International House that is open to the whole campus to participate in. It will take place on Sunday January 27th, 2002. More on this soon... ~~There are many multi-group events that are being planned this semester...Peers on Ice (skating event), International Ball, Been Around the World (potluck event) are just a few to be named. More updates when these events are finalized! ************************ December 11th, 2001... Hope everyone is surviving through their finals. I'm almost done...Just one more to go! Anyways, I've finally finished updating our group's homepage. It's all up to date with lots of pictures and cool stuff. Here's a list of things to note: ~~The Start Page to this website now has a Xmas feel to it...have a look for yourself! ~~Check out the photo album. It has pictures and info on both our events so far. ~~The current events section has info on our next event "Xmas Lights at Stanley Park"...Hope you can all come!!! ~~You can now reply (RSVP) online to our events. Just follow the link to that page. ~~Guess what? We have a Guestbook too. Please sign it and take a look at other people who have signed it as well! Kewl hey? Well, it has all the pictures that the leaders took for the many group outings, with some wonderful insight for each one. There's also a page with our current events (information about what we have planned for our group if you didn't receive our emails. Keep this site in handy and check up on it from time to time! =D
