ok now,
open the file optical.exe or whatever it's called with the
picture of the spiral thingy. Then you look into <not at, in>
the spiral for 2 minutes... but you must keep your hand on the
mouse at all times,(that is the crucial bit). Then, after 2
minutes, look at your horribly grotesque hand and watch as it
mutates after pulsating<well that last bit about mutating
isn't really true. If it doesnt work the first time then, try
again but for a longer period of time.
	There you now hava a pulsating hand and i proved that
	i can control you through hypnosis by telling you what
	to do on this readme, that wasnt too hard now was it.
