This casting cup is made from
the top part of a gourd. The triple horn design, the runes and the
rim of the cup are wood burned. The background is stained with
saddle tan leather dye leaving the horns and rune band background in
the natural gourd color. |

These
runes are cut from gourd in a honey cone design with practically no
waste. The six sided shapes represent the snow flake pattern of the
ice crystal, or the mother rune. The color of the shapes are
natural, but the staves are carved and stained with
blood. |
