TLOZ:The Islands            of Hyrule
Here are so screen shots of my current project. The group below gives an idea of what my town will look like. It will be mostly the same aside from a few fixes where needed. To the right are a few outside shots. I aslo want to add some shots of my Mayor's house, Hotel, and Library, but don't have the shots taken yet. The progress so far is:

Done:
Beginner's Cave

Level 1(rooms done, need to fill them)
1st Overworld(70%(some areas not quite done)
Level 2(same as 1)

Still Need:
Levels3, ,5-9,extra levels(have most as ideas on paper,
but havn't put into ZQ yet)
Second overworld(same as above)

This project is giving me a much better idea of what goes into game-making and why it takes so long than my first game did. On that one I used classic graphics and mostly the tiles that came with it, although i did do a lot of recoloring. Anyway, by doing that and a regular sized story and smaller than normal overworld( and only one OW too) and the normal 9 dungeons(plus 3 very small bonus areas), I was able to make the game pretty quickly. but this time, I'm doing a bigger story, two overworlds, bigger bonus areas, big areas within the overworlds, Midis(finally!!!also was able to add them to 1st quest!) , better dungeons  and am putting more into the design(at least I'm trying to).  I can see now why really good quests take so long, it is a lot of hard work. And a lot of the time I find myself  needing air and staying away from it for a while. Plus I'm really still learning on a lot of the things you can do. Now I can understand  and appreciate the great work of the others so much better. I only wish I could be anywhere near as good as them! Boy, I didn't mean to ramble on so, I guess I just got into a talkative mood while writing this.
