Paintball Games we Play
Capture the flag: Two flag stations at opposite ends of the field. 2 teams. Each team will try to capture the opposing teams flag and return it to their station.
Center Flag: Two teams at opposite ends of the field with the flag placed in the center of the field. On command both teams advance and try to get the flag back to their station.
Medic: Two teams with one member being the "medic". Your armband will be a solid color. When and if you get hit you can't proceed or shoot. You must then yell out for the "medic". When the "medic" gets to you, he will turn over your armband to expose the letters "WIA" (wounded in action). At that time you can continue the game. If you get hit again, your out, leave the game.
TIP: Take out the medic.

Terminator: Two teams. Regular "capture the flag" but, one person will be chosen as the Terminator. That person will usually have a ski vest or body armor on because of countless hits.  The terminator will have two arms bands on his body (ie; left leg at the knee and at the ankle).  Once the game is under way, the terminator enters the game and wreaks havoc on both teams.  The only way to defeat the terminator is to shoot him between the arm bands.

Take the Pain: This game is in honor of all United States military warriors who gave their all so we can have fun and play paintball.  God rest their souls, and may they rest in peace.

In this game, 2 teams battle until one team wins.  As long as you can take the hits, you are in.  Once you let it be known you've had enough, leave the battle area.  This game is a Vietnam veterans #1 game, so play hard and take the pain - grunt.

Spy: One player from each team will be the "spy".  Someone must sit out this game to be the spy namer.  The 2 teams will be divided at a safe distance from each other.  Each member of the teams will file past the namer at 20' intervals.  At some point the namer will pick a spy by saying "you" or "spy".  At that point, the spy never lets on to his team members that he is the spy.  Here's the deal - As the regular "capture the flag" starts, the spy must let the game advance to at least 5 minutes, at which point, while he is trying to give the impression of fighting the opposing team, he turns his gun on his own team.

TIPS:  Beware of team members falling back or not engaging.
Trust no one on your team.
Do not try to pair off.
          Watch your back.
          Refer to rule 2.

Predator: One person is chosen as the predator.  He goes into the woods and sets up as a sniper.  He has no arm band.  Everyone else has on an arm band (doesn't matter what color). At the command, all others advance.  If the predator hits you, you must remove your arm band and then join up with the predator.  If you are with someone and that person gets hit and you don't - you cannot shoot that person. You must give him time to get in the area of the predator.  Within probably 15 to 30 minutes, the tide will turn.

Sniper: One player enters the woods, he has 25 balls.  On his command, all others load 10 balls.  No other paint between players is allowed to be shared or taken onto the field.  Once you are hit - leave the field.

Station Attack: 2 teams, but 1 team will advance on the other's flag station.  The defenders can't leave their station, attackers can advance from any direction.  Winning is by surrendering or by hits.

Reinforcements: 2 teams - 2 flag stations.  One player on each team wears a special arm band.  When a player gets hit, he must yell "hit" and then proceed back to his flag station.  He MUST put his barrel plug in and set his gun aside at his flag station, but he must remain at the station WITH GOGGLES ON!!  He can't tell his team mates about any opposing players advancing on the station to capture the flag.  The only way he can return to the game is by the player on his team with the special arm band getting to his gun, removing the barrel plug and only then can he re-enter the game.  At that point, the player with the special arm band MUST either grab the flag and get back to his station or leave the station.

TIP:  Do you really think the opposing team will leave their station unmanned?

Ambush: This is a 2 for 1 game.  For each ambusher, there are 2 opposing players.  Ambushers set up in the woods.  On command, the grunts will start a recon or try to advance on a pre-determined location.  The grunts must proceed in single file to the objective.  Only after contact is made, may the grunts break rank.
