Disclaimer
– I don’t own Buffy, Angel
or any of the other characters, “although I wish I did” but I don’t, they all
belong to Joss Weldon. Don’t worry it’s PG.

Note – It’s just a short demented version of one of Rubyyard
Kipling, about Buffy, I guess.
Special Thanx – Special
thanks to Fire_Star6, she loves reading poetry but hates writing it, so
probably most of the poems you read will be by me.

If
you can protect all around you
With
letting anyone know,
And
still have time to cuddle and coo,
Over
your lovers affectionate show;
If
you can dress for any season,
But
still be able to tote an ax,
If
you can run around a cemetery for no reason,
Then
sit with your watcher and relax.
If
you can stake vampires that kill,
But
not the ones with souls,
If
you can handle your dry cleaning bill,
For
the dress covered in blood and holes,
If
you can learn to kick and punch,
Or
perhaps just scratch and bite,
If
you can trust an Angel on a hunch,
To
always be there in a fight.
If
you can take a nap in class,
Because
you were hunting all night,
If
you can still be a nice young lass,
Even
though you want to be anything but polite,
If
you can visit your boyfriends lair,
And
convince him to take you out.
Then
prevent demons from messing up you hair,
On
your evening about.
If
you can give a demon a good spiking,
But
allow another to kiss your cheek.
If
your principle is not at all to your liking,
Because he is a rat faced little geek,
If
you can claw and play like a kitten,
And
then upon a vampires bed you can curl.
If
you can slay before you are bitten
Then
you are a Slayer my girl.
