It was the next day,evening to be exact,and Sean was making his way over to Heathrow airport.He had been studying Sam all night long and he couldn’t help but find her very attractive and he kept wondering how he ever hooked up with such a lovely girl.Sean wished J had come with him to pick Sam up but for some reason J had told him it was better if Sean was going on his own.
Sean looking out of the window of the cab,seeing the large buildings of the airport appearing in front of him.
“Alright son,that’s 12 pounds.”the cabdriver replied and Sean paid the waiting man before stepping out of the car and closing his jacket a bit more to keep the chill out.He soon found the entrance of the right terminal and walked inside,checking his watch for the right time.Sean couldn’t help but feeling nervous about the whole situation,after all he had no clue what to expect from Sam.Sean was too lost in thoughts to realize that the plane had already arrived,until people started to fill the corridor,packed with suitcases and bags.
The singer scanned the crowd for a familiar face but soon had to admit that there was nobody that even looked like Sam.Sean started to feel restless.What if he wouldn’t recognize her after all?He knew she would get furious and that was the last thing he wanted.Only at that moment he noticed something in the corner of his eye and Sean realized it was a girl with long,red hair.Sam!Sean took a deep breath but then approached her slowly,still not one hundred percent sure he was doing the right thing.As soon as he stood in front of Sam she smiled up at him and Sean decided there was only one thing to do at that moment.He bowed forward and planted a passionate kiss on her lips.Only at that second he heard a furious yell.
“Sean Kieran Conlon!What the hell do you think you’re doing!?”
Sean pulled back from the kiss slowly,only to find a petite blond standing behind him,her hands resting on her hips and a look of pure anger on her face.
“Sam?”
“J!Where for hell’s sake are you!”Sam shouted on top of her lungs while she entered the lads’ apartment,Sean in tow.He felt more than just a little upset about everything,especially after he had found out that Sam was no longer a redhead but had decided to dy her hair blond and that the girl he had been kissing on the airport had been a total stranger.
Sean rubbed his burning red cheek were Sam had placed a strong hit while he thought of the ride back home.It had caused Sean all his power to explain the whole situation to Sam and now she was determined to pay J back for not telling her sooner about Sean’s accident.
“Oh hey babe,how was your trip?”J asked coming out of the kitchen.
“Don’t you “babe” me,Jason!”Sam yelled angrily while she threw her bags onto the floor.
J shared a few worried glances with Sean,who just shrugged his shoulders in reply.
“What’s wrong Sam?”J asked,trying to keep her calm.He really didn’t feel the need to start an argument with Sam,he was very aware of the fact she had a black belt for karate.
Sam rolled her eyes at J’s question and shouted back”What’s wrong!?Do you really need to ask me what’s wrong!?My boyfriend’s had an accident and I caught him kissing a stranger because YOU didn’t have the guts to tell me he’s got amnesia!”
J bit his lower lip before he stated”I didn’t know where you were,Sam.”
“You fucking should have called the magazine I’m working for and everything would have been fine!But no,Mr. Brown wants to do it all by himself!What would you have done if I hadn’t found out tonight!?Would you have tried to keep it a secret then!?”
J just stared down at his feet,not wanting to admit that that really had been his plan.
Sean had been watching the two people arguing the whole time but now he felt that it was time for him to say something,too.
“Sam,let’s go to bed,alright?I’m really tired and I just wanna sleep.”
Sam turned towards Sean and smiled gently at him.
“If that’s what you want.We will talk about everything tomorrow,okay?Just trying to help you remember things.”
Sam grabbed Sean by the hand and pulled him with her,but not before hissing into J’s ear”This is not over yet,Jason.I’ll kick your arse anyway.”
And with that she and her boyfriend walked out of the livingroom,leaving a dumbfound J behind…
