J and Dee were walking back home again after a nice little diner,talking quietly about the day’s event.
“So thanks for a really nice evening.”Dee stated and J nodded.
“No need to thank me.I enjoyed it just as much.”
“Good.So when will our ways cross again?”
J laughed at the dramatic tone in Wendy’s voice and exclaimed”As soon as possible.We need to get the rap finished really fast so Chris won’t start bugging us.”
“Tomorrow then?”
“Perfect.”
They just arrived at J’s car and Dee gave J a friendly kiss on the cheek.Little did she know about his plans and that was the mainreason why she was shocked as he turned his head and kissed her on the lips instead.She pulled away and looked at J in amazement.
“What…what are you doing!?”
J shrugged and instead of answering her he gave her another snog.He grabbed Dee around the waist and deepened the kiss,not really caring about her pushing and moving in his arms.When J finally did pull away Wendy stared at him angrily and she yelled”Jason!Why are you doing that!?”
“And why are you making such a big deal about a kiss?”
“Because the eight of us have made a deal!Are you actually listening when someone is talking!?”
He shrugged and replied”And I thought you were the one not playing by the rules.I must have made a mistake there.”
Dee looked down at the ground and stated”No,you’ve not.”
“No,but it does look a damn lot like it.”
“What kind of reaction were you expecting then?”
“Something a bit nicer at least.”
Wendy took a step over to J and touched his cheek.
“Don’t get me wrong J.I do like you.Actually I think you’re a very goodlooking man.It’s just that I wouldn’t have a clue what to tell the rest if they’d find out about this.”
He looked down at Dee and asked in surprise”Is that the big problem?”
“Yes,it is.”
“They don’t need to know.If we keep it quiet and act like our normal selves nobody will find out.”
“Are you sure?”
“I’m positive.”
J moved his hand through Dee’s hair and asked”Wanna give it a go then?”
She smiled and nodded.”Yes,I’d love that.”
He grinned too and moved in again for another kiss…
In the meantime Sean and Tam had decided on sharing a cab home together.Since his flat and the FirE recidence weren’t too far away from eachother they thought it was a good idea so they could talk a bit more.
Tamara had to admit she liked being with Sean,even though she wished she was with Scott instead.But after the little conversation she had had with Sean earlier that evening she realized there would never be another chance for her and Scott to be together again.He was more than happy with Kerry and really wanted to keep it that way.
“What are you thinking about?”Sean interrupted her thoughts and Tam smiled at him.
“Nothing important.”
Sean shrugged his shoulders and continued to stare out of the window.He was starting to like Tamara but had no clue how to let her know.He now knew that she was still very much in love with Scott and that she would possibly never feel something special for him.He wasn’t her type if she was in love with Scott.And besides,they would probably be a far too quiet couple if they would hook up some day.He could already hear the other lads laugh at him and the complaining of his mum.No,he and Tam weren’t a good idea…
“Alright,we’re here.”the cabdriver exclaimed and Sean looked up.He pulled his wallet out of the pocket of his trousers and paid the driver before pushing Tam with him out of the car.
Once they were outside she looked up at him and stated”You didn’t have to pay for me,you know.”
“I know but I wanted to.”
Tamara laughed and mumbled”Thanks then.”
“You’re welcome.”
They were standing there quietly for a few seconds until Sean asked”Shall I walk you home?I don’t really want you to go alone at this time.”
Tamara nodded and they started walking down the street.Within minutes they arrived at the FirE house and the first thing Tamara noticed was that there still were some lights burning inside.
“Someone’s probably at home.”she exclaimed and Sean shrugged.
“Well,I’m going then.”he replied and Tamara nodded.”Thanks for the nice evening.”
Sean smiled and stated”I enjoyed it,too.”
“So…see you soon again,huh?”
“Yeah,of course.”
Sean moved in to give Tam a friendly hug but to his surprise she gave him a soft kiss on the lips.He raised his eyebrows but then decided that maybe getting Tam was easier than planned and he moved in closer,deepening the kiss.She didn’t pull away,which seemed like a good sign to Sean,and when they finally pulled back Tam looked at him innocently.
“Well,maybe we can continue that tomorrow.”she whispered before she ran up the stairs of the house and got inside without looking back again,leaving a dumbfound Sean behind…
