The small alley in down town London was quiet exept for the sound of the loud thunder and the soft talking of two girls. "Where does she live,Iracema?" "At the end of this alley in one of those warehouses." "Can't she find anything better?" "No,she finds it very comfortable here.No neighbors,no nosy kids,no noise or other disturbing stuff.And the warehouse is big so there's enough room for all her books and stuff." "Well,well,well.No friendly"hello"for us anymore."Iracema said through gritted teeth while Kami inspected the large house:there was a small table at the left with a huge pile of stuff and a burning candle on it,a comfortable chair at one of the broken windows and a coffin at the other end of the room,surrounded by candles and loads of books. "So this is the apartment of a modern vampire."Kami said under her breath while she took a seat next to Samantha on the floor. "Hi Kami."Samantha said. "Hello Samantha."Kami replied with a fake smile. None of the girls liked Samantha.She never wanted to be vampire and she really hated it to hurt people while the other ones found that the most exiting part.Samantha was an outsider but she didn't mind about that at all.She hated the vampires and she realised the creatures felt the same way about her. Gredy sat down and ran her fingers through her short brown hair:a sign she was nervous.Her voice was a bit shaky as she started to talk. "Good,you all know why I got you here at this meeting.Iracema,Kami,Sheena,Samantha you know it's time to get back to our mission as a vampire and that's the creation of new ones.We need blood,fresh blood to survive and we need it NOW.Anybody know any victims." The room stayed silent. "Come on,say something!"Gredy demanded. Still nobody had any ideas. "Kami,you say something!" "I'm sorry Gredy but I have no clue at all."she answered. Gredy sighed and closed her eyes before she whispered in a threatening voice"I REFUSE to hunt for a fitting person." The silence that followed was awful. "Well,well,well.That only leaves about 10.000 lads in this part of London."she replied in a sarcastic tone. Samantha wasn't listening anymore.She was reading one of her beloved popmagazines.With her 56 years she was one of the youngest vampires and she still remembered how much she enjoyed music as a human so she still liked it as a vampire aswell.Samantha still went to clubs and she always listened to the radio,something the other creatures hated because they found it too much of a "human being thing".
