Everything's going wrong. Nothing is going right.
Lord are you aware of my awful plight?

I sought and found, believed and received,
and now those I've trusted went and deceived.

I feel used and abused by one in charge,
and the hurt I feel is so mighty large.

I love You Father and I trust You so,
but is there something I missed, something I should know.

Sometimes I forget and try to lean on my own strength,
and that is when old Satan goes the whole length.

Then I remember and fall to my knees,
asking you to strengthen me again please.

I realize I can not do it alone,
that we need your strength and grace as we've been shown.

I pray dear Father that my eyes not stray,
that no matter what, on Jesus they stay.

Help me to remember that I am nothing without You,
but with You beside me there's nothing I can't do.

Everything's going wrong but that's all right,
because I am going through it on Your strength and might.

We were not given a spirit of fear,
and when we need You, we can be certainYou are near.

Everything's going wrong but will turn out good,
because I trust in You as You said I should.
