| When Two
Become One by Barbara Philbrook When two
become one each must do his or her part, When two
decide they are meant to live as one, Having
only one objective is what would serve them best, Two minds
thinking along the same train of thought, Two hearts
beating with the same inner zeal, Two souls
heading in the same eternal direction, These two
who are being joined in holy matrimony, At their
ceremony each will make a solemn vow, Promises
to remain in sickness or health, Today
starts our journey together down life's narrow way, Seeking
guidance and listening closely to hear it, Promising
to care for and about each other day by day, Aware that
because we are being joined in wedded bliss, Facing
life together no matter what comes our way, |
