It's not what we are or what we may become that causes us to be loved by our heavenly father,
it's not even what we say or the fact that we may try even harder.

God knew what we'd be before we were even present in our mother's womb,
and He is aware what we will do right up untill we are in our tomb.

He is aware of each and every choice in the paths of our lives we will take,
and He still loves us in spite of all of the mistakes we will make.

He Loves us in spite of all that we do or say,
and to prove that love he sent his Son the price of our sins to pay.

If the things we do during our life do not earn our Father's love,
and the words we say do not secure for us the way above.

What then is the reason that God gives for loving us all,
and what makes me worthy that He will hear when on his name I call?

Because "we are" that's  the reason He gives for loving you and me,
and that is his reason for offering us life for eternity.

Belief in what is in his word that he has done for me and  you,
by the way that ability to believe or Faith is a gift too.

Just Believe to Receive is what our Father has to say,
just call on His name as you pray each day.

Then God takes over and starts His good work from deep within you,
a work that will continue till the end of time the bible assures us that this is true.

Surrendering yourself to God's life saving changes,
while our heart's desires He rearranges.

Then when the time is come for Jesus to say "It is done",
we will all be brought together so His praises may be sung.

By his side forever is where we'll be,
being eternally grateful for the Love so freely offered to you and to me.
