Lord watching and waiting they can be very difficult to do,
a feat just impossible without strength  provided by you.

There is much waiting we do in our life,
some of it tedious and some filled with strife.

The waiting and watching and trusting in you can all be a plus,
these are what builds fine character in us.

Help me to remember that any trials that have to be faced by man,
were experienced by you to fulfill the salvation plan.

There is nothing in this world must I face all alone,
Jesus sent us the comforter this truth has been shown.

Sometimes the not knowing what or when is tough,
but having your strength makes it not quite so rough.

Lord I want to offer you praise with all of my heart,
I know you have walked beside me from the very start.

No matter where this road leads, I am willing to go,
and that you will always be beside me is a fact that I know.

Thank You Father for your loving grace,
thank you for the strength you put in place.

Thank you for the ability to offer you Honor and Praise,
may I continue to do so for the rest of my days.
