Jesus I want so much to thank you for all that you've done for me.
I am grateful for salvation and the fact that you offer it for free.

I'm grateful that when my time here is over I'll live forever with you.
I'm grateful for the loving Husband who was chosen for me too.

I'm grateful for the four precious children that I felt so blessed to raise.
I'm grateful for all of these things and for these I give you praise.

I know that I don't  have a voice that is pleasant to the ear.
But I can't resist singing your praises, I'm sorry for those standing near.

I'm so grateful for the Holy Bible that you made available to me,
and the fact that you gave us an interpreter so it's true meaning we'd see.

I'm grateful for the trials I've had to face and for your strength too,
because I know without your strength there were things I couldn't do.

Thank You for the peace that you gave that made trials easier to bare,
I know that the "Peace that passeth understanding" is proof  "You care".

I'm grateful for the knowledge that someday I'll live there with you.
It is my sincere prayer that everyone my life ever touches will be there too.

But the thing that I am the most grateful for is the ability to love unconditionally,
and that  Dear Jesus is a reflection of how You love me!
