Since Jesus has been in my life,
I no longer cave in to trials or strife.

Since I have confessed the sins of my past,
I can now breath free at last.

Since I saw the truth in the word,
such wonderful things have occurred.

Since I learned to surrender each day,
Jesus guides each step of the way.

Since I'm following His direction,
my life is nearly one of perfection.

Since I'm not leaning on my understanding,
and I've let Him do the handling.

Each day is an adventure beyond measure,
which I shall eternally treasure.
