Take the light God has given to you,
and light up the darkness so others can see too.

Use the spark started deep within,
to ignite others who have been lost to sin.

The world is walking in darkness night and day,
use what God gave you to light the way.

When one candle is used to light another,
it makes a brighter beacon to draw in a brother.

Light up the darkness in which we live,
thereby hope to another is what you'll give.

Send out a beacon during life's turbulent trials,
assuring lost souls there are no denials.

All who seek to find the lighted way,
will be rescued and led to safety today.

None are denied, it's in God's word.
Light the way for those who haven't yet heard.

Sharing the light is what you were designed to do,
once you accepted what God offered to you.
