We have an obligation, it's to spread the word,
to share with the world the truths we've heard.

Keeping it a secret would be a great sin.
Someone wouldn't hear then wouldn't be allowed in.

We aren't to keep quiet hopeing others will do the chore.
We are to tell the world what God has in store.

Share the message with all who will hear,
letting them know God wants them to be there.

We are to do the spreading of God's holy word.
God will take care of them once it is heard.

Open their eyes, don't leave them in the dark.
Offer them hope, ignite a spark.

Don't fret over what they do with what they hear.
God does the nurturing once it falls on their ear.

We have an obligation to do our part.
God will finish the good work we are able to start.
