The surgeon called, there is no surgery in store,
it seems the blockage is not quite so bad any more.

Now Father I know that this is a direct answer to prayer,
and I want to thank You for being there!

I thank You for the friends you have brought into our life,
they prayed and gave support during the strife.

They were a constant reminder to Phil and Me,
that nothing is more important then our faith in thee.

Everyone of them kept in touch and gave us the desire to never quit,
and if our hope grew dim they reminded us of it.

You knew exactly how important friendships would be,
and how they would remind us how much we are loved by thee.

You knew we would gather together and as in Matthew 18:19, where two touched in prayer,
God gave us exactly what we requested there.

Thank You for the test being better than the Dr. expected,
we are assured that none of our requests were neglected.

God I prayed that it would all go in accordance with Thy will,
and that is what I desire still.

Praise you Father for the time allotted to us,
now when that time is ended may there be no fuss.

May we accept Your plan whatever it may be,
may we continually give all honor and glory to Thee!
