I have something special I want to share with you,
it's about the gift I received back in 92.

I said it often and told it all about,
how I was shown salvation's a gift why I practically shout.

I'd tried to proclaim it loud and clear,
it has been my daily duty this precious news to share.

Well now God has blessed me in a special way,
as He revealed a new truth to me today.

I had taken my gift and started telling the whole world,
while in my arms I kept it tightly encurled.

Yes I had learned of and received my salvation,
and shared the news while filled with elation.

But in my eagerness and love filled zest,
it's taken till now for me to find out the rest.

You see salvation is a packaged gift that we receive,
there is so much more that comes once we believe.

Slowly now unwrap it and peek inside,
a whole new world is about to be opened wide.
