When you are lonely and things make you feel blue,
look unto Jesus his arms are wide open waiting for you.

When you've heard bad news and the tears start flowing from your eyes,
look unto Jesus and in Praise let your voice rise.

When you are hurting because of a lie someone has told,
look unto Jesus, in your faith you must be bold.

If anyone implies, you are not worthy of God's love,
look unto Jesus we are all the reason he came from above.

Satan would have you believe that it wasn't for you that Jesus did die,
look unto Jesus he'll assure you Satan is the Father of lies.

And if Satan tries to convince you that from God's grace you can fall,
look unto Jesus he has already paid the price for us all.

One of his meanest  lies is "you're too sinful to be saved",
look unto Jesus the road has in gold already been paved.

Probably the biggest lie he'll tell you is to go by how you feel,
look unto Jesus faith is what he gives you so you can believe and know what is real.

Jesus is the truth, the light, and the way,
look unto Jesus and don't ever let your eyes stray.

The greatest deception will be when the evil one tries to impersonate our Lord,
look unto Jesus he'll open our eyes so we'll recognize the fraud.

The very most important thing for you to realize,
is look unto Jesus he has already won he's paid the price for our lives.
