Life is so interestingly full of ups downs,
letting us experience both smiles and frowns.

Giving us a taste of the good and the bad,
sometimes we are delighted sometimes sad.

God knew us prior to our Mother's womb,
and the heights to which we'd eventually zoom.

He knew the pains and trials we would face,
and then He provided us with His grace.

There is no height to which we can't attain,
if we'll but call on Jesus' name.

Call out to Him and you will be Blessed,
even if not engulfed in happiness.

The harder the walk the greater the pain,
the surer we can be we'll see great gain.

Hang in my friend you've nothing to fear,
your loving Father is as always very near.

Seek Him daily kneel before the cross,
tell that old enemy he can count you as his loss.

Life can be difficult but we are strong,
and if we grow weak He'll carry us along.

God knew the difficulties we would face,
how we'd react and the outcome of the race.

Put on your armor as you've read in the word,
the battle cry has yet to be heard.

The victory is yours it's plainly in sight,
so hang on my friend hang on tight.
