I owed a debt I could not pay.
Jesus canceled it out on Calvary one day.

He paid for a lifetime of sin and deprivation,
canceling for me eternal separation.

Not only washed and purified am I,
but I now look forward to eternity on high.

Never again will I be alone,
nor must I face temptation on my own.

I have a Comforter to be with me every day,
and grace sufficient to help me along the way.

No longer must I rely on my own strength.
Jesus' arms can reach to any length.

These are some of the things Jesus has promised to do,
and the very same is offered to you.

Believe in the Father and accept the Son,
the Holy Spirit moves in and the changing is begun.

That is all that is required of you,
though it sounds too simple, it is all that you do.

Satan would have you believe this is wrong.
Seek in your Bible, the evidence is strong.

God does not will that even one be lost,
so He's provided for salvation on Calvary's cross.

He's beckoning to you right now today.
Won't you check on the truth of what I say?!
