He loved me first, He's loved me best,
He is my strength through every test.

I never deserved it not at all,
but He is there every time I call.

He loved me first, He's loved me all along,
even though I've done many things wrong.

His love does not depend on what I do or say,
it does not  stop when I fall short or neglect to pray.

Even if I'd neglected to make Salvation my choice,
even if I'd rejected Him with my own voice.

The Love would continue just as strong,
whether I was living my life doing right or wrong.

He loved me first and allowed me to choose,
even if in the end I'd opted to lose.

So much depth has His love for me,
that I got to choose where to be for eternity.

Not for anything would I turn Him away,
I choose to surrender each and every day.

Yes He loved me first and loves you too,
and you alone must choose what you will do.

Please don't let that love be for naught,
accept salvation as the Holy Word has taught.

It is easy there's not much to do,
admit you're a sinner and what the Bible says is true.

Accept the offer to pay for your sin,
open your heart and invite Him in.

Then surrender daily to His loving care,
then when we're called home in His Glory you'll share.
