Grace is the name by which you are known,
mother is what I call you and I am so glad you are my own.

Thank You for the inspiration you been to me me,
Thank You for raising us so lovingly.

Thank You for all you've been in my life,
teaching me how to face joys and strife.

Giving me the basics to build upon,
teaching me how to judge right from wrong.

Showing me there's a Father on whom I can depend,
teaching me of His love and that it will never end.

Thank You for the inspirations and the honest endeavor,
and for teaching me that through Christ we will live forever.
