Day by Barbara Philbrook Day by day
is how I must live my life, I must
wait till I wake to see how the day will go, Can I lift
an arm and brush my hair, Will I be
able to walk without excruciating pain, Are the
floors going to be swept clean today, If I have
the strength to wash laundry today, Lord I am
not complaining about the thorns in my side, These are
just things that not everyone must wait to see, May I
count all that I face as glory dear Lord, May my
complaints be meager and few, Even if in
time I have to live minute by minute, |
