Treck
Treck is a pretty good choice for a Paladin but he is very difficult to save in Hard Mode due to the terrible AI they give him.  Unlike Alan and Lance, Treck's stats are more balanced but he will usually have a high defense and HP.

Method to Acquire: Speak to with Zealot or Roy to recruit.

Damage:  It really depends on your gains but he usually will deal high damage.

Critical:  Support him with Zealot if you want him to have a high Critical but that's probably the only way you'll get him to have a high Critical without a Killing Edge, Killer Lance, or a Killer Axe.

Speed:  His speed is good enough to hit a good number of enemies twice.  Unfortunately, he normally WON'T be hitting those annoying 18 speed Mercenaries on Hard Mode.

Dodge:  Treck's dodge is usually around 65 as a level 20 Paladin.  Add 15 for weapon advantage, and he has a dodge of 80, which is excellent for a Paladin.

Rating:  9/10.  He's a very good Paladin but he doesn't have any solid support choices.  His support with Miledy takes too long, and while Gonzales is good, he has far less movement then Treck does.  Additionally, lus Percival is THE best Paladin you can get in Hard Mode and Treck is tough to save in Hard Mode.  I recommend Arena Abusing him in Chapter 7 to level 20 and give him the Knight's Crest in Chapter 8 if you plan on using him.
