Roy
Statistically, Roy > Eliwood.  However, due to the increased difficulty of Fire Emblem 6, he can't be used as much as his dad until he class-changes.

Method to Acquire:  You start with him.
Damage:  Unfortunately, it's not that good.  In the beginning, it's pretty good, but it goes downhill, especially since his Strength gain isn't impressive.  Once he promotes, with the Sword of Seals, he will obliterate enemies.
Speed:  He takes after his mother very well.  One of the speediest characters you get.
Dodge:  Repeat: he takes after his mother very well.  He averages 78 dodge at level 20.
Critical:  With good supports, his critical is 25-40.

Rating:  8.5/10.  He's either Death walking or Coward hiding. A Dragon Rider can defeat him with ease towards the end before he class-changes.  On Hard mode especially, he's very difficult to train.  Still, he's exceptionally powerful.
