Priscilla
Priscilla is a member of the fallen House of Cornwell.  She is Raven's brother.  She is the only Troubadour you get.  Until she class changes, she can only use staffs.  She CANNOT be compared with Serra because she uses Anima Magic after promotion while Serra uses Light Magic after promotion.  Overall, while she appears to be very useful, Pent is better at using Anima magic because she has to be around level 20 to have S in magic...

Damage - Not very high.  She doesn't get too many magic stat gains. 
Critical - Pretty good, especially since you get a +5 from Thunder, the only magic you will probably be using for her since she's stuck at C for a long time.  It averages at 11, and with supports and Thunder, it can be up to 41.
Speed - Very good, most mounted troops have a nice speed.
Dodge - Also very nice, she has some nice speed and luck, creating a high dodge.  Her average is 73.

Rating:  8.3/10.  She's good, but her supports with Raven are disturbing and she has a low magic.  Thankfully, more enemies have lower resistence then defense.
