Ninian
Personally, I don't like Ninian.  Her dance takes too long and has annoying music in the background.  However, she is equally as useful as Nils.  All the stats that Nils has at the end of Lyn's quest, Ninian recieves.  All the stats that Ninian has until she goes away, Nils will get.  Ninian never promotes.

Speed:  Ninian is very fast, just like her little brother.
Dodge:  Very high dodge, averaging 75 dodge at leve 20.

Rating:  6.1/10.  She's equally useful as Nils but she is far more annoying, far stupider, and she takes longer to reuse a character.
