Method to Acquire: Visit house on top left corner of Chapter 3, special conversation if you take Chad.
Damage: It's very good to start, especially on the Armor Knights on Chapter 3 that are guarding the chests. It gets higher too, but he doesn't max it as quickly as Lilina or Hugh.
Critical: With Chad/Rei support and a Thunder spellbook in hand, Lugh's critical should at least be around 30.
Speed: His speed is excellent as his stats gains for speed are probably his highest out of any stat.
Dodge: As a level 20 Sage, Lugh has an average of 68 dodge, which is pretty good since few enemies should hit him.
