Damage - Harken deals a lot of damage as he maxes out with 25 strength, even on Normal.
Critical - Harken's critical is pitiful on Normal, and on Hard it's....decent. Alright, I'm exaggerating. He averages 12 which can be bumped up to 67 with 5 supports and a Killing Edge or a Killer Axe. Just make sure he doesn't support with Eliwood or Marcus because they grant half the critical increase that the other three do.
Speed - Harken usually maxes speed on Hard, and he's close to maxing on Normal, but his max is 26.
Dodge - Terrible dodge. He averages 58 dodge, which is VERY bad. Neither his defense nor his resistence are particularly impressive either.

Rating: 8.0/10. He likes Isadora, his attitude is terrible, and you have him for a lot less of the game then Raven. Even on Hard Mode, Raven should be above Harken's starting level. I never used him on the one file I didn't restart the mission when I was supposed to get him. He comes with the Brave Sword and his stats are good, but many characters' stats are good, and on Hector's Hard Mode, you need every character slot you can get. True, his stats are very good in Hector's Hard Mode, but I despise him as a character and Karel is STILL good in Hector's Hard Mode. He also has few support options since Eliwood needs supports early on in Hector's Hard Mode to be raised, as does Lowen. Marcus is an inferior character at this point in the game and Isadora is not so good either. Vaida is powerful, but you get her later and her supports are very slow to build up.
