Geitz
Geitz seems strong at initial glance.  He starts out as a level 3 Warrior, comes with a Killer Axe, and a Steel Bow.  However, he is bad for a number of reasons.  You don't need so many axes or bows.  Lyn, Rath, and Louise are enough bows, Raven, Oswin, Hector, and Sain are enough axes.  Completely worthless, in my opinion.  However, he does get a Hard Mode bonus, but that that's still not enough to make him good.

Damage - Relatively high.  All axemen deal high damage.
Speed - Terrible.  When you recruit him, he has around the same speed as Raven on the chapter you get Raven.
Critical - Not anything amazing.  He averages 8, which can be bumped up to 63 with supports.
Dodge - Geitz's dodge isn't too bad.  It averages to 67, which isn't particularly good but the weapon advantage or terrain bonus can further increase that as well as supports.

Rating:  5.5/10.  He absolutely worthless.  You don't need any more of the weapons he wields, and he isn't the best Warrior.  Wallace is also a better character then Geitz is, even in Hector's Hard Mode.
