Fiora
She's the one on the right, in case you didn't know.  Fiora is the second Pegasus Rider you get.  In my opinion, she's not as useful as Farina, but she is equally as good.  Statistically speaking, they are equals but Farina has more Strength and Defense while Fiora has more Speed and Skill.  Both are better then Florina.  On Normal, you should use all 3 of them for Triangle Attack.  On Hector's Hard Mode, it depends which stats you like more or which one you think looks nicer. 

Damage:  She doesn't have an insane damage output, but she still is pretty good.  It's only slightly below most units. 
Critical:  Having many points in Skill, Fiora has a high critical.  She averages 12 and that can be bumped up to 67 with supports and a Killer Lance or a Killing Edge.
Speed:  Also, having a high speed, Fiora is one of the speed demons of Rekka no Ken.  It's impossible to for her to be hit twice unless you give her a heavy weapon.
Dodge:  Fiora's dodge is high, also due to her high speed as well as her luck.  On average, she has 70 dodge.
