Farina has the highest strength and the highets defense out of all the Pegasi riders. In my opinion, this is enough to warrant her being the best especially since she usually maxes out on skill and speed.
Damage: Very good, especially for a Pegasus Rider. She normally maxes Strength.
Critical: Not too bad, she usually has around 25 skill, which maxes her out.
Speed: Averages high enough to not be hit twice and hit most enemies twice.
Dodge: Usually around 74, which isn't all that bad. With the weapon advantage, supports, or terrain bonus, it can be even higher.

Rating: 8.7/10. Unless you arena abused, she costs a lot of money(20,000). She's statistically one of the strongest units, and if you are using all three FalcoKnights for Triangle Attack, you can give her quick supports.
